1 person injured as vehicle hits building at University and Evans in Denver, police say

DENVER - Denver police say one person was injured when a vehicle struck a building at South University Boulevard and East Evans Avenue on Friday morning.
Denver police spokeswoman Detective Raquel Lopez said police were still gathering information on the crash, which happened on the edge of the University of Denver campus.
One person was transported to the hospital with injuries, she said.
