Boulder, Colo. - University of Colorado Boulder police are investigating a student's death in Libby Hall, one of the residence halls on  campus.

Campus police responded to a call around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday reporting the discovery.

“A deceased male was found in a residence hall room,” a police statement said.

The initial investigation didn't uncover any obvious signs of foul play, and police said they do not believe that there is an ongoing danger to campus.

Libby Hall houses approximately 400 students.

The student's identity will be released by the Boulder County Coroner's Office, once next-of-kin have been notified.
