Hooded men wanted for robbery of Boulder grocery store

BOULDER, Colo. - Hooded and masked crooks who claimed to have a gun robbed a grocery store of cash and cigarettes. Now, police are asking for help identifying them.

The suspects entered Lolita's Market at 800 Pearl St. at 10:48 p.m. on Dec. 9. Their hoods were pulled tight around their faces and Boulder Police spokeswoman Kim Kobel says they may have also worn either masks or neck gaiters. One suspect's hoodie has white lettering down the sleeve. The other suspect's hoodie had a pattern across the front.

One of the men claimed to have a gun, though police say the clerk never actually saw the weapon.

The suspect's left the store on foot, with the cash and cigarettes. Police say they went south along 8th St.
