LOVELAND, Colo. -- Larimer County Sheriff's deputies are looking for a suspect who escaped from a patrol car after he was arrested Wednesday afternoon.

Deputies arrested William Morgan, 37, in the area of 16th St. SW and Jo Ann Court in Loveland for failing to appear on a felony drug warrant.

Moments later, deputies made contact with Harmony Fawn Schoenfelder, 36, and arrested her for failing to appear on a misdemeanor disorderly conduct warrant.

While she was being arrested, a deputy returned to the patrol car to check on Morgan and found he had escaped from the vehicle.

Additional resources were called in to search for Morgan, including a K9 unit, but the search parties were not able to find him.

Morgan is described as a white male, measuring 6-foot-2 and weighing around 230 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Deputies told Denver7 they saw Morgan’s right arm was heavily tattooed.

The suspect was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white short sleeve t-shirt, and white tennis shoes.

At this time, LCSO has no information to believe Morgan is a known threat to the public. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call their local law enforcement agency, 911, or Crime Stoppers at 970-221-6868 where you will remain anonymous and possibly be eligible for a cash reward.

The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office has also started an investigation to find out how Morgan was able to escape from the patrol vehicle.
