LAKEWOOD, Colo. — Police say one of two roommates is in custody after an early morning fatal shooting in Lakewood.
Officers in Lakewood rushed to the 1700 block of South Cole Street after the alleged shooter called for help, saying he accidentally shot his roommate.
Police took the man into custody and rushed the victim to the hospital. Officers say the victim, who has yet to be identified, died soon after.
Investigation is ongoing and charges have yet to be filed.
