Robbery suspect wanted after shooting victim in the back, Aurora police say

AURORA, Colo. – A robbery suspect is on the run in Aurora and police are asking for your help to catch him.

The suspect allegedly shot the victim in the back after robbing him of his money on early Thursday morning.

The assault occurred at the Wells Fargo Bank in the area of South Sable Boulevard and East Tennessee Avenue, according to an official with the Aurora Police Department.

The suspect is described as a black male, 20-30 years old, with an average build and was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt cinched up around his head. Police said the suspect may be in a late 90’s to early 2000 dark-colored Grand Marquis-style vehicle.
