DENVER – The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office is looking for help in finding its most-wanted fugitive, who also has an active warrant out of Weld County.

William Francis Cody, 24, has active warrants for his arrest in both Larimer and Weld counties, according to Colorado court records.

Weld County issued a warrant for his arrest on July 19 for escaping from a felony conviction—a class 3 felony.

He already had two other active warrants out of Larimer County that were both issued July 3, when Cody failed to appear in court on a possession of a controlled substance charge and in a hearing related to his guilty plea to a vehicular eluding charge from earlier this year.

The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office says it doesn’t know Cody’s last location, however.

He is described as 5-foot-9 and 135 pounds. Anyone with information about his location is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 970-416-1985 or Crime Stoppers at 970-221-6868.
