DENVER – A man with previous sexual assault and failure to register convictions is again wanted out of Jefferson County for failing to register.

Jesse David Quintana, 24, has had an active warrant out for his arrest since June 2016 for both failing to register and failing to update a prior registration.

Quintana is Colorado’s No. 21 most-wanted sex offender, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, who says that Quintana was convicted of aggravated sex assault on a child when he was a juvenile.

State court records show Quintana pleaded guilty once before, in January 2016, for failing to register. He was convicted later that year of a misdemeanor trespassing charge.

Quintana is described as a white male who is 5-foot-9 and 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact CBI at 303-239-5732 or CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
