DENVER -- The Colorado Bureau of Investigation needs your help capturing a wanted fugitive. He’s number seven on the 100 most wanted list.
Timothy Chavez, 29, has already been convicted of attempted sex assault of a child. Now, he's wanted for failing to register.
Chavez victimized a 16-year-old, according to Westminster police.
He is described as 5-foot-8 and 180 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes.
Police say Chavez should be considered dangerous and advise people not to approach him.
