CSP: Driver returns hours after crash that injured a motorcyclist

Troopers are looking for a car that hit a motorcyclist and left the scene.

ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. -- Troopers say a driver initially took off after he struck and injured a motorcyclist but returned to the scene two and half hours later.

Troopers were looking Friday morning for the driver of a Nissan Altima who seriously injured a motorcyclist on Iliff Avenue near Valencia in Arapahoe County.

The driver of the Nissan, 52-year-old Juan Chavez, returned to the scene around 9:30 a.m. He is facing several charges.
