DENVER – One person has died and another was injured following a double shooting in central Denver early Saturday morning.
The double shooting happened in the area of York Street and East 29th Avenue at around 1 a.m.
The two men were taken to a local hospital for treatment but one of them died a short several hours later, police said on Twitter.
The shooting is now being investigated as a homicide by Denver police. The investigation is ongoing.

No arrests have been made.
