DENVER -- A person was killed in an auto vs. pedestrian crash in southwest Denver late Thursday night, an official with the Denver Police Department said on Twitter.
The crash happened near the intersection of South Federal Boulevard and West Arkansas Avenue at around 9:45 p.m.
Officials said the crash was not a hit-and-run and also mentioned Federal Boulevard was closed in the area, but would not say how long the road would be closed.
