Car owner stops theft, detains suspect

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - A teenager picked the wrong car to hot wire on Wednesday morning.
The car's owner told police he saw someone in his 2002 Honda Civic in the parking lot of a business in Colorado Springs around 9:30 a.m.
The car owner not only confronted the would-be thief, he held him until police arrived.
Officers said they arrested Dylan Fritts, 18.
