Bad decision: Alleged meth deal in front of Colorado Springs surveillance camera busted

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - A volunteer watching Colorado Springs Police Department's surveillance camera network spotted a potential drug deal and officers later arrested the suspect.

According to police, the drug deal was spotted around 1:30 p.m. through a camera overlooking 3 N. Tejon St., where the suspect was sitting on a planter. The volunteer who noticed the deal radioed to nearby officers, who found the suspect, later identified as 22-year-old Lonny Pollack.

Pollack was arrested for allegedly selling methamphetamine.
