Boulder police are cracking down on drivers, bicyclists and pedestrians who are violating the city's new traffic regulations. Police say they are targeting the city's busiest intersections on Monday in an effort to cut down on accidents. The Boulder Daily Camera says the new provisions include a requirement that cyclists and pedestrians use flashing signals before entering crosswalks, an 8 mph speed limit for bicycles in crosswalks and a rule that if one car is stopped at a crosswalk, other cars must stop, too.Officers said they will start enforcement at some of the 15 more accident-prone spots in Boulder.
