Getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is quite an honor. But you might be surprised by who's NOT on it.

Stars have to be nominated. There is a $30,000 fee often paid by a third party such as a fan club, and the star in question has to agree to show up when the star debuts!

Woody Woodpecker is on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, but Woody Allen is not.

Blues Brothers front man John Belushi is on the Walk, but partner in music and a movie star in his own right, Dan Aykroyd, is not on the Walk of Fame.

Two things. First, "Han shot first." And, second, George Lucas isn't on the Hollywood Walk of Fame? Hard to believe, but true.

As you can see so far, there are many movie stars not represented on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. And that includes the legendary Al Pacino.

Neither Dustin Hoffman nor Robert Redford has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

This 'Pretty Woman' has no star on the Walk either. Like Clint Eastwood, Julia Roberts has always declined to go through the process to get nominated.
