Local nonprofit is helping women in Guatemala come up with their own solutions to poverty.
Friendship Bridge provides microcredit (small business loans) and educational programs.
Loans average $250 and allow women to start, expand or diversify their businesses.
Women learn business, health and self-esteem lessons through the program.
