Vincent Margera, who appears on the MTV reality show "Viva La Bam" was in court Monday in Jefferson County, accused of inappropriately touching a child.

Margera, known by his nickname Don Vito, was arrested Friday night after being accused of two incidents of sexual assault on a child after a skateboarding event at the Colorado Mills Mall in Lakewood. He is accused of of sexually assaulting two 12-year-old girls.

On Monday his bond was set for $50,000 but by Monday evening he still had not posted bail and remained behind bars.
