1. How early can I submit a birthday or anniversary announcement?

Submissions should not be made more than a month in advance. We do not accept submissions made after 3 a.m. on the day of the celebration.

2. What size picture will be accepted?

They should be no smaller than 300 x 400 pixels. That comes to about three to four inches on your computer screen. It would be best if it highlights the person celebrating the birthday or anniversary. If there is more than one person in the picture, please specify what the honoree is wearing.

3. When do weekend birthday or anniversaries air?

We do not air birthdays/anniversaries on the weekend. In most cases, Saturday birthdays are included in Friday's celebrations. Sunday birthdays are included in Monday's celebrations. They air Monday-Friday between 6:40-6:55 a.m.

4. Why was my submission not selected to air?

We can only air seven celebrations a day. On days where there are more submissions we must randomly select who will be included in the show.

5. Can you tell me when my celebration will air?

We make the selections between midnight and 3 a.m. For this reason, we do not call persons at home. If you need an e-mail notification arrangements can be made. But it is best to watch the show. Celebrations air between 6:40- 6:55 a.m. Monday through Friday.

7. Can I get a videotape copy of the on-air announcements?

KMGH-TV does not provide videotaped copies of any its programs. If you wish a purchase a tape of any KMGH broadcast during the last 30 days, and you know the date and time the segment aired, you can contact Video Monitoring Service at 303-733-8000.
