FEDERAL HEIGHTS, Colo. -- Federal Heights mayor Dale Sparks said he hasn't decided whether to resign after the City Council voted to ask him to step down over his work at a strip club.Sparks worked as a doorman at the club and was there when police raided it as a result of allegations of prostitution.Adams County Chief Deputy District Attorney Tom Quammen said that no charges will be filed in the incident, but a special prosecutor hired by the city has not ruled out any charges of violating the city's municipal code.
Sparks has denied wrongdoing. He worked three nights a week at the Bare Essence Gentleman's Club for about a year, and quit after police raided the club in April.
