Apple Breakfast Fritters
- 1 medium apple, peeled and cored
- 1 egg
- 1 slice bread, cut in pieces
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 4 tsp. sugar
- Dash of cinnamon
VARIATIONS:
Blueberry Fritters: omit apple. Fold 1/2 cup crushed blueberries into blended egg-bread mixture. Bake as stated. Pineapple Fritters: Omit apple.
