Custody Hearing Held In Aarone Thompson Case
Aaron Thompson, Shely Lowe Want Children Returned

AURORA, Colo. -- A man and woman listed as "persons of interest" in the disappearance of a young girl were in court Monday, trying to get their other eight children returned to them.Aaron Thompson and Shely Lowe reported Aarone Thompson missing on Nov. 14, but a week later police said she was likely the victim of a homicide. Police said the 6-year-old was not enrolled in any school and the mattress from her bed was missing in the Thompson house. Police also said they couldn't find anyone credible who has seen the girl in more than a year.The girl's siblings were removed from the home by social services and have been in foster homes since November.
No charges have been filed in Aarone's case but police said they are continuing their investigation.
