Serevi RugbyTown 7s Fan Appreciation Day

What:  The best rugby teams and players from around the world will converge upon Glendale’s Infinity Park this weekend to play in the third annual Serevi RugbyTown 7s International Tournament.  Kick off the weekend early as tournament pool play begins Friday at 1 p.m.  Admission is free for Free Fan Friday. 

Where:  Infinity Park, 4599 E. Tennessee Avenue, Glendale, Colo.

When:  Friday: 1 p.m. (Gates open at 12 noon)

Admission: Free (Tickets required for Saturday and Sunday matches)

What:  Bring a blanket and enjoy a great family movie under the stars.

The 45th Annual Carnation Festival

What: Come celebrate the rich agricultural heritage of Wheat Ridge at this 2-day event, featuring thousands of participants from across Colorado.  Festival entertainment includes a neighborhood parade and street fair on Saturday, an exotic Italian car show, kids’ activities, food vendors, musical entertainment and fireworks each night.  And back by popular demand, the Zoppe Italian Family Circus returns as the main festival attraction.
