The questions persist!
More than two years after the Columbine tragedy, we are still waiting for a full accounting of exactly what happened on that day.
As well as what might have been missed on the days and weeks that preceded the attack.
And more and more it seems that we can't count on anyone in law enforcement in Jefferson County to bring us those answers.
The Governor's Erickson Commission report has more information... But it, too, is incomplete because Jefferson County Sheriff John Stone refused to testify.
So, the report from the commission is only the latest step... On the long path to the truth.
Denver's 7 calls on Governor Owens to work with Attorney General Salazar to appoint a special prosecutor to find out if... As many Coloradans now believe... There is a "Columbine coverup."
We'd like to put this to rest... After we finally hear the truth.
