Alleged Meth Lab Discovered At Brighton Business
One Man Arrested In Connection With Alleged Lab
One person was taken into custody Tuesday night after police said that they found a medium-sized meth drug lab in his Brighton cleaning business.
Steve Gesick, 36, was arrested at his home on Third Street in Brighton in connection with the discovery of the alleged meth lab at his All Clean business on the 100 block of West Southern Street, police said.
Officials said that the lab had all the equipment necessary to produce meth, but the drug was not being produced when officers with the North Metro Drug Task Force found it.
Gesick allegedly had a half-ounce of meth on him at the time of his arrest, according to police.
Hazardous materials crews were at the business Tuesday night where the alleged lab was discovered. Officials said that it would take about eight hours to clean up the site.
Earlier on Tuesday, police raided a home in Thornton and arrested three people in connection with an alleged meth lab at that residence.
