Debate Over Statewide Smoking Ban Returns To Capitol

DENVER -- On Wednesday, the debate over a statewide smoking ban returns to the state Capitol.Four Colorado lawmakers will propose what they're calling the Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act of 2006.It bans smoking in restaurants, bars, casino' and most indoor workplaces and public places. Last year the smoking ban was two votes short of getting approval.
