AURORA, Colo. -- The man wanted in connection with a triple shooting in Aurora is back in Colorado.Sir Mario Owens, 21, was arrested in Louisiana last month. He was brought back to Colorado Wednesday night.Owens is accused of killing one person and injuring two others at Aurora's Lowry Park, in July 2004.
That shooting, which occurred on Fourth of July, killed 20-year-old Gregory Vann and injured Javad Marshall-Fields.Marshall-Fields and his fiancee, Vivian Wolfe, were later gunned down in their car, a week before he was to testify in court about the Lowry Park shooting.Owens is one of three suspects in the Lowry Park shooting. He faces a charge of first-degree murder. Owens will be back in court next month.No one has been arrested in the deaths of Marshall-Fields and Wolfe.
