Freshman Boys Accused Of Hiding Camera In Girls' Locker Room
Teens Charged With Unlawful Sexual Contact

AKRON, Colo. -- Two Akron High School freshman have been arraigned in Washington County juvenile court for allegedly putting a video camera in the ceiling of a girls' locker room.Sheriff Larry Kuntz said the 15-year-old boys are charged with unlawful sexual contact. They were in court Wednesday.Female students told a teacher on Nov. 7 that they saw a video camera in the ceiling of the locker room where they change clothes for gym class.
Kuntz said school officials didn't contact authorities, but a local resident did.Akron R-1 School District Superintendent Jim Pagel told authorities two videotapes were destroyed to protect the girls.The school has about 135 students and is currently on Christmas break.
