Ski Train Makes First Trip Of Season

DENVER -- It's the season to get all aboard the ski train.Lines of people streamed into Union Station Tuesday for the first day of the ski train, bound for Winter Park.Once on board, passengers stowed their gear and then kicked back for the their two-hour trip.
Those who ride it say not only is it a hassle-free way to get to the mountain without worrying about Interstate-70 traffic but it's also a chance to see miles of scenery not visible from the highways.This is the 66th season of the ski train.The ski train is offering special holiday trips through Friday. Tickets range from $39 for kids to $74 for a ticket in the Club Car.The Ski Train makes trips on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through April 1 (Friday trips begin on Feb. 3; Thursday trips added on March 2).For more information, click here.
