Road Rage Suspect Has More Charges From Day Of Arrest

LITTLETON, Colo. -- A Parker man already charged with two counts of first-degree murder after a deadly crash near Denver is expected to face more criminal counts, which will be filed Tuesday afternoon, a spokeswoman with the 18th Judicial District said.Arapahoe County prosecutors plan to charge 32-year-old Jason Reynolds with driving under the influence of drugs, and reckless driving.The new charges stem from state troopers' attempts to arrest him last week for the earlier crash.
Investigators says Reynolds was driving aggressively on the E-470 toll road Nov. 8 when he passed a sport utility vehicle, then cut off the driver and slammed on his brakes.Kelvin Norman, 50, of Highlands Ranch swerved into oncoming traffic and landed on another SUV.Norman, and 35-year-old Greg Boss of Lone Tree, died instantly.Reynolds was not injured.
