Drug Arrests Made At Rave

Suspects Allegedly Had LSD, Other Drugs

Police made several arrests at a rave party in Boulder County Saturday night, officials said.

Five adults were arrested at the rave party, with seven other people being cited by police for unspecified violations, police said.

Boulder County Drug Task Force detectives and uniformed police officers patrolled the rave for illegal narcotics use after police received reports that the rave would be well attended.

Two of the adults that were arrested allegedly had lysergic acid (LSD), ketamine -- also known as Special K -- and marijuana, officials said.

One adult was arrested for possession of suspected ecstasy and LSD, police said.

Police jailed two more adults for investigation of conspiracy, criminal impersonation and drug charges.

Three of those arrested also had existing warrants on unrelated charges, police said.
