Residents were warned Wednesday not to allow children or pets to play in the water.Near the Citadel Mall on Tuesday, the hail was piled so high that snowplows were called in to clear streets.Fire department crews rescued at least 30 people that were trapped in vehicles stalled by the rising water Tuesday.
