Residents are complaining of mail delivered to incorrect addresses, or not delivered at all.
The routes, once considered rural, are now so crowded that the post office can't keep up. Some postal workers serving the area work only once a week, and are in need of more intensive training, Benevides said.
Benevides promised that with his extra attention, mail service to the area will improve.
