An alert homeowner helped police arrest four people this weekend who are accused of stealing from homes in the Waldo Canyon burn area in Colorado Springs.Police said a homeowner in the heavily damaged Mountain Shadows neighborhood witnessed four people stealing metal from homes destroyed by the fire on Sunday evening.Officers working the security in the area stopped the suspect's vehicle as it was leaving the area.Those officers arrested four people on suspicion of trespassing and theft, police said.Police said the suspects are 19-year-old Selina Blair, 20-year-old Tero Rhane, 29-year-old Marshall Brooks and 51-year-old Liza Mcfadden-Rhane.
