Police Believe Roger Teel Fell Asleep While Driving

The Aurora teen who fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into a parked truck, killing his cousin, will face a misdemeanor charge of careless driving resulting in death.Roger Teel, 18, was driving his Honda Civic near Castle Rock Tuesday morning when his car veered off Interstate 25 and rammed into a truck parked on the shoulder. His cousin, Terrence Teel, was sitting on the passenger seat and died of head and neck injuries.Both were on their way to school when the 7 a.m. crash occurred.
