Man Killed In Video Store Robbery

Aurora Police Searching For Suspects

A man was shot and killed Friday night when he walked into the middle of an armed robbery.

Aurora Police said that three suspects, believed to be aged between 14 and 25 years old, entered Rachel's Video Store at 1553 Florence Street around 6:50 p.m..

The suspects, all of whom were described as Hispanic, ordered the store clerk to get down on the floor while they robbed the store, Police said.

The suspects were leaving when they ran into a 40 to 60 year old man.

One of the suspects shot the man in the chest , and he later died at a Denver area hospital.

Police believe the three suspects fled the crime scene in a red, four-door compact car with tinted windows.
