Homeland Security Conducts 'Drug Smuggling' Investigation At Boulder Airport
Agents, K-9 Searched Hangar 3355 On Monday

BOULDER, Colo. -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security and local authorities are investigating a suspected drug smuggling operation at Boulder Municipal Airport, according to the Boulder Daily Camera.The newspaper reported that agents and a drug-sniffing K-9 searched Hangar 3355 on Monday afternoon.The operation is a joint investigation involving Homeland Security Investigations division and the Boulder County Drug Task Force.
At least four airplanes and five vehicles were inside the hangar on Monday.Read more in the Boulder Daily Camera.
