Travis is a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds. Authorities said he had "lots of tattoos," was balding and wore glasses. His mother said she hasn't heard from his since Friday.
A second person unaccounted for is a petite white female seen clinging to a tree during the flooding. She had on a black blouse, tan pants and has blonde hair.
A description of the third person, known as Steve, was not released. He also lives on Narrows Road.
