Witnesses Sought In Fatal Crash
CSP Looking For Anyone Who Saw Woman Before Accident

DENVER -- Investigators said Thursday they have more questions than answers on how a 39-year-old Brighton, Colo., woman died in the crash of a custom-made three-wheeled motorcycle.Vandee Noblitt's body was discovered in the wreckage of her cycle Wednesday in a field near 144th Avenue and Holly Street after she was reported missing by her family the night before.
Colorado State Patrol investigators determined that Noblitt was driving the motorcycle (pictured, left) eastbound on 144th Avenue when it crossed the intersection at Holly Street, entered the field east of Holly, and crashed. Noblitt, who was not wearing a helmet, was ejected.The time and cause of death is still under investigation.The cycle was equipped with a V8 engine, and debris from the crash was scattered over a large area of the field.Investigators would like to talk to anyone who may have seen Noblitt driving the distinctive motorcycle between the hours noon and 9 p.m. on March 10. Witnesses are asked to call the State Patrol at (303) 239-4501.
