Investigators are searching for clues that could lead them to the men responsible for a double shooting in Jefferson County.

Evergreen home where double shooting occurred

The shooting occurred late Monday night in the 28000 block of Tresine Drive, near Rosebud Drive, in Evergreen, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said.

Deputies received a 911 call just before 10:30 p.m. and when they arrived at the home, they found two men shot multiple times. One man was shot in the head and chest as many as five times and the other man was shot in the leg and chest.

The men were airlifted to area hospitals where their conditions are unknown.

Jefferson County sheriff's deputies say they don't have any suspects nor a motive but do not believe that the shootings were random.
