- Box fan recall: The recall covers Lasko box fans with the model numbers 3720, 3723, and 3733, as well as Galaxy box fans with the number 4733, with a date stamp of "2002-03" or "2003-04." The fans were sold at major retailers nationwide from July 2002 through December 2005 with price tags between 12 and 25 dollars.
