Paint On Cars Bubbling From Vandalism

Wheat Ridge, Colo. -- About a dozen cars and SUVs were vandalized at a Wheat Ridge car dealership overnight.Leno Garcia, a manager at Premier Auto, said it appears some type of acid was sprayed onto the cars.Premier Auto is located on the corner of 44th Avenue and Kipling Street.
Garcia said a police report has been filed.The front bumpers and hoods of about a dozen of the vehicles are bubbling.Garcia said he has tried to wash the chemical off, but has been unsuccessful. He is unsure if the dealership will file an insurance claim or if he will try to buff the chemical off the vehicles.
