Two women are dead Saturday afternoon after a pickup truck plowed into the Greeley Mall.

No Charges In Crash That Killed 2 At Greeley Mall

Driver Had Acute Medical Condition

POSTED: 5:09 pm MDT July 30, 2010

The Weld County District Attorney's Office says no charges will be filed against a 30-year-old man whose pickup crashed into a Greeley store, killing two women.

The district attorney's office said Peter Lain of Evans blacked out due to an acute medical condition, causing the July 10 crash into a Visionworks store at the Greeley Mall.

The crash killed 32-year-old Kimberly Fletcher and 23-year-old Jennifer Hudgens. Hudgens was a store employee and Fletcher was a customer.

Fletcher's 9-year-old son was injured by flying glass.
