Lynch Plans To See Fiancé's Family

DENVER -- Former POW Jessica Lynch is making plans to visit the family of her fiancé near Colorado Springs, Colo.
Lynch is hoping to visit with the family of U.S. Army Sgt. Ruben
Contreras Jr. over Thanksgiving.
Her lawyer, Stephen Goodwin, said Sunday that she
also hopes to do some sightseeing. The trip will be her first to
Colorado.
Goodwin said Lynch and Contreras have a very serious
relationship and have talked about a future together.
But he says they have not picked a date or location for a
wedding.
He says her health will have to improve to make the Thanksgiving
trip possible.
Contreras' mother, Lisa Latorre, told The Denver Post Sunday that
she talks with Lynch frequently about the upcoming nuptials with
her son.
