Undercover Operation Leads To Drug Arrest
Man Tried To Sell $2,000 Worth Of Morphine Pills

EAGLE COUNTY, Colo. -- An undercover operation led to a drug deal arrest in Eagle County. 27-year-old Joshua Thurston was arrested after the Eagle County Sheriff's Office said he tried to sell 77 morphine pills to an undercover detective. The pills have an estimated street value of nearly $2,000. Thurston was arrested at his home in Eagle-Vail, about eight miles east of Vail.Thurston was charged with possession and distribution of a Schedule 2 narcotic. He is being held in the Eagle County Detention Facility on a $7,500 bond.
