Anonymous Tip Leads Detectives To $30,000 In Drugs
239 Marijuana Plants Seized, Home Now Condemned

EAGLE COUNTY, Colo. -- An anonymous tip led Eagle County sheriff's deputies to 239 marijuana plants. Detectives found $30,000 worth of marijuana, hashish and psilocybin mushroom at a home at 90 Beacon Court in Gypsum.The anonymous call was received at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.Alvaro Medina, 22, and Adam Coleman, 25, were arrested at the home. Medina is being held on $50,000 bond. Coleman's bond is $7,500. 23-year-old Jacob Macias was taken into custody at the home. He was released on misdemeanor charges.
The home has been condemned by the Town of Gypsum due to fire hazard and multiple building code violations.
