NY Times: Leadville Woman In Ireland Pregnant
Woman Investigated For Role In Terror Plot

DENVER -- Days after her release from an Irish prison, the New York Times is reporting that former Leadville resident Jamie Paulin-Ramirez is pregnant.The woman was in Irish custody after being investigated for her alleged role in a terrorism plot.The newspaper also reports she is married to Ali Charaf Damache, the suspected group leader. He's one of two men who may be facing charges that he plotted to kill Lars Vilks. Vilks is a Swedish cartoonist, who has been under scrutiny for an anti-Muslim drawing.
“I think she was so desperate to have some man in her life that she is willing to do anything to have that man pay attention to her. Is she a follower? Yep. Yep.” said Christine Mott, Paulin-Ramirez’s mother.Her mother tells 7News her daughter has been married several times and may have been looking for comfort on-line.
