3 Men Arrested In Smiling Moose Deli Burglaries
Potential Charges Include Second-Degree Burglary, Theft

ARVADA, Colo. -- Arvada police have arrested three people suspected of burglarizing several Smiling Moose Delis in the Denver metro area.Shawn Edwards, 30, and Dion Marquez, 18, both from Northglenn were arrested Monday. They face multiple charges of second degree burglary and felony theft.Eric Olmstead, 23, from Federal Heights was arrested Wednesday. He was booked and released pending charges.
Arvada police alerted other metro area police departments after an early morning attempted burglary Monday at Arvada’s Smiling Moose Deli location at 5324 Wadsworth Blvd.A short time later, Erie police officers contacted Marquez and Edwards outside Erie’s Smiling Moose Deli. That's when they were arrested.Olmstead was arrested at his home in Federal Heights.
