Fast Food Employee Returns Lost Wallet With $1,200

Wallet Dropped In Wendy's Parking Lot

A family in Wyoming is breathing a sigh of relief after an honest fast food employee returned their wallet. A wallet with $1,200 inside.

Lisa Valencia and her fiance were in Aurora this weekend to pick up some furniture they found on Craigslist.

When they stopped to get food at Wendy's, Valencia's fiance dropped his wallet in the parking lot.

An hour later, the couple realized the wallet was missing and called Wendy's.

That's when they were told an employee had found the wallet.

"You hear so much bad in the world and then here's something so wonderful that people really do care and they are willing to help each other and there are honest people," said Lisa Valencia.

When the wallet was returned, Valencia said nothing was missing.
