Man Fatally Stabbed Outside Party
No Arrests Made

DENVER -- A man was stabbed to death during a physical altercation outside a party early Sunday, police said.Officers found the victim "suffering from stab wounds" at about 2:20 a.m., police said. Denver police spokesman Sonny Jackson said there was a party at a house near Fourth Avenue and Utica Street. The victim and a group of people got into an altercation before the party host kicked everybody out, Jackson said.The two groups then got into a melee outside of the house. Jackson said the victim was taken to a hospital and died shortly before noon.
The attacker fled the scene and has not been found.An autopsy is pending.Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867) or the Denver police dispatch center at 720-913-2000.
